Sometimes PDF files get corrupted. Some PDF files are too large, or need to be fine-tuned before we can accept them. Adobe provides a suite of online tools which help make a PDF files better. Some helpful suggestions to fix a PDF file if it will not upload to our EDEX service: Remove colors from PDF files. Make your PDF files greyscale for smaller size on disk. Upload each PDF file separately. Don’t merge PDF files together unless absolutely necessary. Compress large PDF files to reduce file size. Large files upload slowly and are difficult to process.
