Unlike many mailing services, we do not outsource document printing or mail production to third-party print houses or fulfillment centers. Our HIPAA-trained and backgrounded mail production employees print, assemble, and transport mailings to the U.S. post office daily. We offer our signed legal Proof of Service form with each order at no additional cost.
Our third-party status provides independent proof that your mailings were produced and in the custody of the U.S. postal service. When combined with our signed Proof of Service form, we can legally verify the entire chain of custody, including USPS mail tracing/tracking data and delivery information.
